01 Acceptance of Terms

02 Account Eligibility

03 Account Registration & KYC Process

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 22win platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without balance payout.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and active phone number. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is truthful and updated whenever changes occur.

Identity Verification (KYC) Process is required to be completed for:

• Making your first withdrawal
• Withdrawing an amount that exceeds the set daily limit
• When the platform detects activity requiring additional verification

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction.

Withdrawal:

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

General Bonus Terms:

• Every bonus claimed has its own rollover requirement, clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• The standard rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x deposit amount + bonus, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from bonus usage are eligible for withdrawal once the rollover requirements have been met.

06 General Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the 22win platform are final once confirmed by the system. You are fully responsible for ensuring your betting details are correct before confirming any bet.

• 22win reserves the right to void any bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from technical errors or data provider mistakes.
• Bets that systematically exploit odds errors may be cancelled without prior notice.
• All game outcomes are final unless a technical error can be proven by 22win.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are subject to change from time to time.
• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded are void and will be cancelled.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, including the use of bots, automated software, or other unauthorised methods, is strictly prohibited.

For Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final and binding under the game rules set by the respective game provider. Any dispute regarding live game results must be reported within 24 hours after the game in question has ended.

07 Member Conduct & Responsibilities

As a 22win member, you agree to use the platform in a responsible, honest manner and in full compliance with all stated rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering or financing illegal activities.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to you after a final review is completed. Please ensure no bonus balance has yet to meet the rollover requirements before requesting closure.

Closure by 22win: We reserve the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Violation of any term in this agreement.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement bodies.

09 Liability Limit & Disclaimer
